For example, alternatives can include recessed and surface mounted handle designs, and catches can be plain, key locking or padlocking.
Lid Stays
A recessed loop lid stay, stopping at approx 93° to be used in conjunction with piano hinge as shown.
Bullnose Corner
Made from 16 swg steel with a BZP finish. A smaller bullnose corner is also available.
Large Butterfly Catch
A recessed cam operated catch in a 16 swg steel dish with BZP finish. This catch is available with or without a padlocking or key locking facility. Tested strength is 350kgs mm.
Castors
75 mm, 100 mm and 125 mm wheels, test at 100 kg – 300 kg, with twin ball race swivel mechanism. The illustration shows a braked version.
Handles
A recessed handle with a spring return and a 12 mm rubber grip. Manufactured from steel with a BZP finish.
